This week's challenge over at
MarkerPop is Black and White/Sepia. When I saw the theme, I wasn't too excited. I've never colored just black and white or sepia and it was never really something I wanted to do, but I was up for the challenge. I stamped some images, grabbed my Copics and plopped in front of the TV. I colored some with my C Copics and some with my Ws ending up with 4 images that I was pretty happy with!
When it came time to putting the card together, I decided to use the sketch from this month's
Some Odd Girl Challenge. But as I was putting it all together, I realized my images were too large for the sketch, so I printed out a digi image of Dancin' Mae and sized her so she'd fit just right :)
And here she is!
And she does make me happy :D I love the image. I love how the B&W looks. I love the background paper. It all just makes me happy. Here's a close up of Miss Mae in all of her glory -
And the challenges she'll be playing in -
Thanks for visiting and have a great weekend!!
